Our Refund Policy


 

If you do not want your Premium or Premium Plus+ subscription anymore, you can cancel at any time in the member dashboard. Members can always access their renewal date and membership price at any time by logging into their Dollar Flight Club account. It’s the customers responsibility to cancel before a renewal if they do not want the annual renewal charge to occur.

In order to provide you the best service, so you never miss out on amazing deals when they pop up, annual memberships automatically renew as stated in our Terms of Use and during the signup process.

As a small business our customers are our number one priority, so if you feel that Dollar Flight Club has made a mistake with a payment or an error has occurred on a renewal, please contact our support team (support@dollarflightclub.com) as we'd love to help you resolve the issue.

 

Cancelling Your Membership:

Dollar Flight Club may not be for everyone, and if that's the case for you, please cancel your membership in the member dashboard before your membership renews or trial period ends. If there is something specific that caused you to cancel and you think we can fix it or address it, please do contact customer support (support@dollarflightclub.com) so we can continue to make the product and service better.

 

Membership Renewals:

My membership automatically renewed. Can I get a refund?

No, per our Terms of Use, automatic renewals are non-refundable. If you no longer want your Dollar Flight Club subscription then it is your responsibility to cancel before the completion of the membership period, and starting of the next payment period. If you signed up using a coupon code or during a sale, which we offer occasionally, your plan will automatically renew at full price annually unless it is cancelled.

 

Free Trials:

My trial ended and I was charged. Can I get a refund?

No, per our Terms of Use, members who completed a trial are not eligible for a refund. If you're not satisfied with the service during the trial then it is your full responsibility to cancel the free trial before the payment period starts. We clearly state during signup that the payment will automatically be processed once your free trial ends as well as your account settings in the member dashboard.

 

Prorated Refunds:

I am midway through my membership but am done traveling. Will you provide a prorated refund?

No, we do not offer prorated refunds.
