Our Refund Policy
If you do not want your Premium or Premium Plus+ subscription anymore, you can cancel at any time in the member dashboard. Members can always access their renewal date and membership price at any time by logging into their Dollar Flight Club account. It’s the customers responsibility to cancel before a renewal if they do not want the annual renewal charge to occur.
As a small business our customers are our number one priority, so if you feel that Dollar Flight Club has made a mistake with a payment or an error has occurred on a renewal, please contact our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) as we'd love to help you resolve the issue.
Cancelling Your Membership:
Dollar Flight Club may not be for everyone, and if that's the case for you, please cancel your membership in the member dashboard before your membership renews or trial period ends. If there is something specific that caused you to cancel and you think we can fix it or address it, please do contact customer support (email@example.com) so we can continue to make the product and service better.
My membership automatically renewed. Can I get a refund?
