This 102 story building is a must-see attraction.  If you want to witness the breathtaking views from the top floor, you have to buy a ticket to take the elevator to the top! The sights from the top floors are even more striking at night when the whole city is illuminated  with lights. The tower changes colors throughout the year to mark different occasions and holidays.
